Hi, guys, the problem has been solved.
Try following solutions.
Extract the following file and replace the file of the same name in the Models folder in the software directory with this file.
/editor/attached/file/20201022/20201022092621_1578.zip
Then restart the program.
Let us know if it works.
I am having the same issue, the bot does NOT work with Google.
Support has been WORTHLESS saying they'll let me know when they fix it.

May be you can make changes in software, like integrate login posibilities in google for soft engine. I think it wil helps.
