Issues with SpinnerChief 3 Ultimate One-time price
I recently purchased the SpinnerChief III Ultimate One-time price and started using it.When using the CloudThesaurus or Miracle Thesaurus I received an error message:"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Click Continue to ignore this error."This also happens when I click the star button to favorite , it always throws error message. I have reinstalled the program 3 times already, and I gave up fixing it....

I bought Spinner Chief II for 197 USD and the  Spanish thesaurus for 40 USD more on the 19th of February - two weeks ago and I am still not able to use it...It requires that the seller autorize the thesaurus with my email and serial as far as I understood - but I get no answer from the seller.Any help would be great. Anybody else in the same situation....?Thank...

Need help from Support
Hi, I've sent at least three emails in the last week and have not yet received a response. After updating TAP to the newest version I'm unable to access it as it tells me my licence is invalid. This is not the case as I bought a lifetime licence. Please advise!

Problem with SC3 Ultimate Version!!
Hi there,Yesterday I have purchased Spinner Chief3 Ultimate version (One time payment). After getting licence key when started SC3 it is not working. I mean it can't spin any articles. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and John has said he would upgrade me to SpinnerChief III yesterday in an email, but I still cannot access the software because I have not received anything from you guys. Save Articles Error
I've testing out SC3 after user the former version for years.  There seems to be some type of disconnect between the "Calculate Similarity" window and the "Preview Article" window.I spun 6 articles and clicked the button to see how close the articles match. SpinnerChief III Ultimate Load Own Thesaurus Not Authorized?
Hi guys,I created my own thesaurus without password and it works fine.When I create the thesaurus with password, fill it up with synonyms, close the app, reload the SC3 again this time loading my newly created thesaurus, it fails.I noticed another SC3 user like me encounter this same issue posted 5 months ago in this forum, I probably guess this bug isn't fix yet.

Articles and videos scraping tools are not working.
It has been quite a while - articles and videos scraper tools are not working. Hope SC will come out with better updates along with several fixes including those scrapers soon.

I am trying to use wprobot with spinnerchief but I am getting just this error message:"Rewrite Error: error=your account has expired, this is maybe because your subscription failed or you cancelled your subscription. Please check."I have a valid account, and I haven;t used today at all.

Protected Words NOT WORKING FOR MONTHS!
I've complained to your skype multiple times about this and it seems to me like you just don't care. You promised to fix it in 1 day and so far a week has passed and nothing has been done. This is a vital function and IT IS NOT WORKING!! SpinnerChief Ultimate Produces Terrible Results??
I've also complained to you about this on your skype and all you did was adjust my Ultimate API options. It seems like the Ultimate is producing crap content with very little spinned words and those who are spinned are a disaster. The Elite produces far better spinned content. I'm not sure why is this, but it's terrible. It's been like this for some time and no one is here to fix this it seems..UPDATE: This issue was addressed very promptly and it was...
