I've complained to your skype multiple times about this and it seems to me like you just don't care. You promised to fix it in 1 day and so far a week has passed and nothing has been done. This is a vital function and IT IS NOT WORKING!! NOT EVEN ON THE API NOR THE WEB VERSION ON ELITE OR ULTIMATE!!!
I had a large batch of work to process and because of this function not working I had to buy The Best Spinner today just so I can get my work done!
UPDATE: This issue was addressed very promptly and it was explained that it is a temporary issue with the API and it should get fixed very soon. Because I had an emergency and needed a spinner desperately for an urgent job I had, I was given a temporary solution for X-Spinner from SpinnerChief team. Boy is this a good spinner! X-Spinner rules! It's even better than spinnerchief API and it's a desktop API! Produced VERY HIGH Quality results and I'm very happy! Thanks to the support team for resolving this SO QUICK for me!
