Try following solution, and see if it works:


1, download and extract following file to Document and this path (C:\Program Files (x86)) separately:

2, download and install following 4 files separately:

https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784


All files mentioned above must be installed. After did all, then check if you can open the software successfully.
