I have edited my comment until further notice. I just heard back from support
I have been contacting your support for the last 3 weeks with no results. I was told it would be done and fixed yesterday, and that was not the case. I was told to give them another 24 hours still not the case, were now past that. Nothing has been fixed. I was told this issue would be fixed, so that I wouldn't ask for a refund and now your support just doesn't answer at all this is outrageous how can you sell a software that 90% of the time doesn't work, and sell versions of it that don't even work for it's main features. The application doesn't stay open more then 10 minutes without crashing. I've been extremely patient 1 month of owning this software and about 4 days of the software working the rest completely useless. If I do not hear back from the support regarding what I was promised I will be opening a credit card dispute with my bank as this software is completely useless. It cannot be blamed on the computer, memory, or any aspect of that as I am running a high end custom built computer. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE.
