I keep getting this message when I try to use the software via whitebox. I have downloaded and installet both whitebox and spinnerchief 5 v9.2.6

Can you please let me know how I can login and use this tool?

This is the message I get when I try to login to the app. I already registered my email address, but it doesn't work. Now, when I try to register again, I get a validation link via email and afterwards, when I click on it, I get the previous message.
