Error Login SpinnerChief on Seo Content Machine

I've insert my account of SpinnerChief in the 3rd Party Logins on Seo Content machine, but when i start the Article Creator on SCM, i'm stopped by "Error: error=login error, please check if your spinner chief user name and password is right....". i have the Ultimate Lifetime Account on spinner chief.

Why??

Yes my account is correct because i can log in in to the web and desktop version of the software!

maybe you have a complex password of the web account?

If yes, change the password to simple with only number and a-z chars, then try again.

I've just try to change the password, now i have an a-z chars psw..but doesn't work !! How can i do??
