Failed to authenticate! SpinnerChief API

I am trying to authenticate and I get the error. I am using WP RSS Aggregator SpinnerChief plugin.

Message I get:

Failed to authenticate! SpinnerChief replied with: "Could spin: login error, please check if your spinnerchief username and password is right. if you still don't have the spinnerchief account, you can register one at http://account.spinnerchief.com freely. If everything is right at yourside, maybe there is a network problem on the server, please try again later."

I created another account and it worked however it was a free account. I paid for an Ultimate account though.

I think this may deal with the username I chose. Your system may not like email addresses. Can I change my User to chambersroy to see if that will work. Your system doesn't allow me to change it.

Will I be able to use this API any time soon? Please help
