Program does not open

So, I was able to download the program, I have not gotten my license key yet. I guess an agent still hasnt reviewed my ticket but, the program does not open. I have clicked it multiple times and nothing. I have allowed the PVACreator.exe in malwarebytes but sitll no luck.

I have downloaded the necessary files but PVACreator.exe still does nothing after clicking it. It is a shame I am experieincing issues already after paying $104. I still have not even received my software key so even I was able to successfully run the program, I can't use it.

Here is a snippet of the programs I have installed
Also, I use Malwarebytes and windows defender.

According to your screenshot, you did not install the file completely. You need to install four files.

-Please go to check if these files (xulrunner29.0, xulrunner33.0, xulrunner45.0, xulrunner60.0 ) and cefsharplib file are in this path: Documents. If they are not here, please go to download these files, then unzip them, then move them to this path.

Note that the xulrunner folders cannot contain double directories. For example, for xulrunner60.0_x86, the path of the files inside it should be Documents\xulrunner60.0_x86 instead of Documents\xulrunner60 .0_x86\xulrunner60.0_x86. ( This is very important.)
