Please install these 2 files too. Extract them to the path same as 29,33,45.
http://www.botchief.com/xulrunner60.0_x86.zip （32-bit system）
http://www.botchief.com/xulrunner60.0_x64.zip （64-bit system）

If you still cannot open it, please install following 2 files. Then your issue will be definitely solved.

Hi,
We got the same issue : Load browser DLL file failed....

I download :

http://www.botchief.com/xulrunner29.0.zip
http://www.botchief.com/xulrunner33.0.zip
http://www.botchief.com/xulrunner45.0.zip

Move them to C:\Program Files (x86), but still the erro

I am facing the same issue with PVA creator. I am still not able to run it I have tried almost everything listed above.

Please go to check if these files (xulrunner29.0, xulrunner33.0, xulrunner45.0 ) are in this path: C:\Program Files (x86) If they are not here, please go to download these files, then unzip them, then move them to this path.
