PVA doesn't even open now

It doesn't work. I received an email with an update and after I double click the app it just doesn't do anything.


I already downloaded the version from http://www.whitehatbox.com/SoftwareUpdate/Download/6f184eb9-c7df-4a91-bd4c-e35ea9040779.zip


I have a 1 year subscription. I lost 1 month with you already, are you going to extend my license?
