First thanks for this and look very helpful. I have the same problem as bobjones, if I start program and open "Bots" folder there is only 4 bots, also when I try login in the app it tell me wrong login info. Any advise? Find a image attached with the bots available. Thanks

Hi Jakes, please check if the program is connected server correctly? If it is connected, the boxes at the bottom will be green.

If it is not connected, please check if there are something blocks the program to connect network.

Hi, I try everything, even turn off fire wall and AV but still no luck. Is it possible to get the IP of the server, my ISP block certain IP's, but if I ask they open it. Thanks

One question :
My Norton virus scan doesn't like BotChiefEditor or BotChiefRunner... Always when I try launch them, pop-up a message like : "High risks! etc etc" and recommends me restart my compiter..
So, do I need just skip Norton there and then your bots would running normally ?
or are there really some risks ?
