Go to check if there is proxy bound in your browser, if so try to remove it, then go back to check if you can login in the software.


Or if you have VPN, try to run a VPN first, then check if you can open the software successfully.

Same here. Tried installing it directly outside the whitehatbox app. Tried with and without AV enabled. With and without VPN connected.
