Perhaps this is due to the release of the new version. Everyone started downloading updates, which increased the load on the server. I had the same error a couple of times, but after a while it disappeared by itself.

How about turn off your firewall? Will it work?


Or did you bind any proxy in your browser? Try to remove it, then check if it works.
