Variables with default value on startup

ReplyThanks 2018/10/02 18:48:58 0 0

I did not quite understand. Usually, if you create a variable and specify a default value for it, you do not need to specify it at startup. And in the list they were immediately marked with checkmarks.

It seems it used to be like this. I have several variables and I specified default values for them, but they are marked with a cross in the list.

In Editor:

In Compiled Module:

I did something wrong or just did not understand something.

I will inform our programmer to check it. Please wait for the news.

It is National Day in our country, they will back to work in next week Monday.

I will save you some time. I checked. I made a test module, compiled it and launched it several times. Everything starts and works perfectly, default values are transferred to streams. Apparently, this is just a small bug when displaying icons.

Good to celebrate! Congratulations on a National Day! =)

Sorry for the late reply.

That form does not judge if there is value for this variable.

Optional: If it is Yes, that means you can choose not set value for this variable before run. If it is No, that means you must set value for this variable before run.

So this one is not related to if here is default value for your variable.

I say that earlier (as far as I remember), if the value is optional, a green check mark immediately appeared in the "Finish" column, giving the user to understand that these variables can be not edited.

Very thanks for your suggestion. I will talk this with our programmers. Please wait for the update.

Sorry, just talked this with our programmer again. As we said, Finish status is no relation to whether here is default value for this variable.

Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. If it is necessary in the future, we will try to optimize it.
