can i able to develop whatsapp sender bot from botchief?like the below software

this software has defined workflow:-
1. import phone number list on which we are looking to send messages
2. open web.whatsapp.com
3. scan the qr code from ur whatsapp app(android). this will be the sender number to all recepients which we have uploaded in step 1
4. Message will start sending to all contacts
Now here these all contacts are unknown. Means, they are not stored in phone .
Can we develop such bot from botchief?
