Secure Connection Failed -- how do I add exception?

I am trying to create a scraper for caseinfo.aoc.arkansas.gov. On load url, I can't access the website because the security certificate is invalid. See above.

How do I add an exception, or otherwise get access to the website?

It shows "secure connection failed" on many sites and I can't add a exception for it.

Please tell me what to do cause I can't use the tool like I want to use it to.

I checked. Everything is loading successfully.

1. Update the BotChief editor to the latest version (I have 4.8.2.3).
2. I use the GeckoFx 45 engine. Switch with "Settings - Switch Browser".
3. Do you use a proxy?
