Hi,

Is there any way to setup spinnerchief for spinning all articles within a directory?

I have many articles (about 10000) and need to create a process that spin each article separatlly.

Yes.

You can load the article from your local file to SpinnerChief directly. Check the below screenshot:

Does this work with HTML files and keep the HTML in tact?

Yes. When you spin your article, on the spin settings tab, you can enable the protect html tab function.
