Can't get the program to open

Just downloaded and installed the program Spinnerchief. Activated my account, tried to open the program multiple times and continue to get message"Whitehatbox has encountered a problem and needs to close" I have been waiting two days for an email response.

Just need to check a couple of things:


Are you attempting to run SC from within the zip file or did you unpack it to a new folder?


Do you have .NET Framework installed, if so which version?


Please state your operating system.

Please check if your system install/enable .net3.5 framework.

looks like it's showing as 7zip


I'm on a PC

and no I don't have .NET installed

ok that is the problem, you need install .net3.5 frame work first.
