API does not work

hi,

i've bought the spinnerchief 4 ultimate license, i've emailed [email protected] but there is no answer and the API isnt working with other software, I 've tried contentbomb and gsa but the api gives an error message.

Please help.

Hello, please go to check if you can login in this site with your account: http://account.spinnerchief.com if you cannot login, please edit your password with simple letter and number, and then try again. We have tested it on our side, it works well.
Also please send the screenshot of the error message to us, it will be better and fast for us to find out the problem.

Yes I can login to the website http://account.spinnerchief.com, but the API gives an error, I have tried in 3 different Softwares

Hi, please edit your Password with simple number and letter. And also please do not post your thread with showing your account password publicly.
