API Key

i've bought the 1 year version of Ultimate Spinnerchief III and I want to use it with kontentmachine.

Because it says on the salespage:

"Get a SpinnerChief API Advanced Account Free.of Charge
After you have purchased SpinnerChief 3 Elite or Ultimate version, we will give you a SpinnerChief 3 API advanced account freely of charge, so that you can use the SpinnerChief Spin function in other many third-party softwares directly such as WPRobot, GSA, SeRobot, CyberSEO etc"

Now I'm using Spinnerchief and I to get my api key I need to go to:

account.spinnerchief.com/UserInfo.aspx register a new account and here it says i'm a free user and I have to pay like another $20 dollars to get some credits to get an advanced api instead of the one of a free user ?? I don't get it I just paid for the software and it says on the website if you got the ultimate version you get de api .. but I sitll have to pay ? How..

So do I have to pay now for API or not ? Else I'm considering to cancel my subscription now because only paid 7$ for the first 7 days.. please reply fast.. so I don't get charged for the full year if I can't use the api for free..

Please send us an email with your payment email and username on the api site, then I will upgrade your api account. you don't need pay the api again.

Thanks for the customer servcie.. but after 2 days it says now my account is expired.. so I could only use it until I paid for the full version of the product or what?

can I still use the api keys for kontentmachine? because it doesn't work anymore.. pff

But now I've got another problem.. Every time I want to spin I get the error:

The connection to the spinnerchief server timed out.. so I still can't use the software..

hmm... api is working for me well, tested it just now.

which program are you using the api in ?

Kontentmachine 3 .. it still doesn't work :)
