I have been promoting products and use bitly link, and i can see 20 clicks in bitly but when i come and check in my affiliate; View(s) Unique IP hasnt change. why?
can you pl check why its not showing 20 new clicks from unique ip as its been more than 24 hrs since i got those clicks.
Hi, we have checked it, didn't find problem when we tested.
Please contact me on skype, let's test it together and try to find the problem you got.
One possible reason is that if the people visit the site via bitly link, and close the software page at once when the software page open, the js in the software page maybe not loaded fully, that lead the view stats doesn't upload to our server, but the bitly record the visit.
